Our claims management process
We deal with the following so you can sit back and get the best from your insurance claim.
After assessing the damage and making sure your property is safe, we would then arrange for one of our loss assessors to assess the damage. We would then make an itemised list of all the repairs that need to be carried out supported by digital images of the damage, and liaise with your insurance company regarding your damage insurance claim.
Insurance Loss Assessors
After contacting your insurance company on your behalf, our loss assessor will generate an itemised schedule/timeframe for repairs to be carried out. We then submit all the relevant paperwork/documentation to your insurance company, we then liaise with a loss adjusting group consisting of Chartered loss adjusters and claims managers
Repairs and Restoration
After liaising with the loss adjusting group on your behalf, we will carry out all repairs to your home, with minimal disruption, restoring your property to its former condition. All work is carried out by approved builders and incorporates a 1 year guarantee on all work done.
After all work is completed to your satisfaction we inform your insurance company, who would then settle your damage insurance claim. The whole process is completely transparent, and we keep you informed every step of the way.
